Thrilled to be including Australia on his worldwide tour, Niall says, “I have said it many times, but I do mean it when I say that the times I have spent down under are some of the best periods of my life… I have had amazing shows in Australia and New Zealand, and I cannot wait to be back in 2024. My favourite thing in the world is being on tour. Performing my songs for my fans and sharing those incredible moments together are the reason why I write music in the first place. This is going to be my best tour yet and I cannot wait to see all you ‘lovers’ in 2024.”
A deeply felt meditation on everything from mental health to the infinite complexity and uncertainty of love, The Show is an endlessly spellbinding statement on following your heart to its absolute truth. As he gears up to share his most personal material yet in a truly extraordinary career, Horan is particularly eager to return to the stage.
“There’s nothing better than watching the crowd sing back to you with all that emotion on their faces and knowing that they’re attaching the song to something meaningful in their own lives,” says Niall Horan. “To me, that’s always the greatest thing that can ever come from songwriting.”
TEG CEO Geoff Jones says, “TEG is delighted to be bringing Niall Horan out to Australia and New Zealand in 2024. We know his fans have been waiting since 2018 for these shows, and we’re thrilled that it’s finally coming to life. Niall is a masterclass entertainer with incredible stage presence, so there’s no doubt this tour will include many magic moments for fans.”
Originally from Mullingar, Ireland, Horan has sold over 80 million records and toured the globe multiple times as part of the iconic One Direction. His full-length solo debut Flicker entered the Billboard 200 at No. 1 in October 2017 and contained the 8 x ARIA Platinum single Slow Hands and 4 x ARIA Platinum This Town. The album hit the top 10 in 20 countries total and charted #2 on the Australian ARIA charts. With combined global streams surpassing eight billion, Flicker has gone Platinum in five countries (including the U.S.) and Gold in additional seven countries. Heartbreak Weather followed in 2020 and topped the UK’s Official Albums chart and Billboard’s Top Album Sales tally and came in at #2 on the ARIA charts.
The album The Show will feature the already released singles Heaven and Meltdown. Across Australia and New Zealand, both singles are soaring with over 6.8 million combined streams across all platforms.
Pre-order The Show album from HERE prior to 5:00pm (local time) on Monday 29 May to access the Tour Presale from 10:00am (local) on Tuesday 30 May.

THE ANSWER NEW ALBUM ‘SUNDOWNERS’ RELEASED TODAY – MARCH 17
Northern Irish rockers The Answer finally release their seventh and long-awaited new studio album today, St. Patricks day, March 17, 2023. Titled ‘Sundowners’, the record was produced and mixed by rising British rock producer Dan Weller (Enter Shikari, Bury Tomorrow) and will be supported by a run of album showcase performances on a 16-date UK and European date tour.
Supported by new single Oh Cherry and a fantastic Tarantino-esque 60’s ‘mash-dancing’ lyric video, also released on March 17th, Classic Rock said of the track, “Rhythm and dust meets attitude and lust on the unashamedly libidinous Oh Cherry”.
Says lead singer Cormac Neeson, “We’ve been through a lot as a band, toured the world, made six great records we’re all proud of, and always done our best to make honest and timeless music that connects with rock and music fans in general. After six albums and a lot of road miles we felt we needed to step back from it all and reset. Whilst that wasn’t an easy decision, with retrospect it’s possibly the best decision we’ve ever made because after seven years away we all came back fired up and end result is an album we’ve been waiting to make our whole lives…full of good time rock n roll and positive energy created by four brothers who quite frankly just really missed each other. We’re back and we’re ready to bring our best album ever to you!”
The album will be released by 7Hz Productions (ADA) in UK & Europe under license from Golden Robot Records Pty. The record will be presented in several formats including a Cd Gatefold Digi sleeve, Gatefold 12” 180g black vinyl, 2 x 12” colour vinyl exclusives, a 12” fan collectible Picture Disk, Digital and various limited retail exclusive versions with HMV, Rough Trade, Crash and Assai Records.
The band’s first media singles of the album received great radio airplay achieving playlists on Planet Rock Radio UK and several German radio stations including Rock Antenne, Radio BOB!, Star FM Hamburg and Berlin, amassing over 6,500 plays since release in October 2022. Blood Brother has remained in the top 10 German rock airplay charts for over 12 weeks and is still at #5 in the German rock airplay one month before the album release.

NYC’S ELECTRO WUNDERKIND MINDCHATTER DROPS NEW SINGLE AND VIDEO SCARED TO GO HOME
NYC’s experimental electro maven, Mindchatter has released the entrancing video clip for his daring new single, Scared To Go Home.
Thought provoking, vulnerable and oozing effortless cool, Scared To Go Home bends genres and will lure listeners in with an intoxicating, chilled magnetism – an exciting release for fans of Jamie XX, LCD Soundsystem and Bonobo. “Scared To Go Home is about how lonely nightlife can feel,” explains Mindchatter. “It was inspired by a night out in NYC at a trendy club with way too many people in it. Trying to connect with others through alcohol, strobe lights and aggressive music can be incredibly depressing at times. I’ve always wanted to capture that feeling because I think it’s one we’ve all felt but rarely talk about.”
Innovative and meticulous when it comes to his craft, Mindchatter, also known as Bryce Connolly, says he was unsure how fans would react to the song. “The track is quite different from what’s out and it’s more in the hip-hop/pop lane than I ever imagined myself in, but it’s exciting for me to be in uncharted territory.” And he needn’t have any concern, as fans and industry are already lapping up this exciting new artist, and Scared To Go Home has already been added to a bunch of huge global playlists including Spotify’s NMF and Chill Tracks, Amazon’s Introducing Electronic and even made the cover of Tidal’s Rising Electronic.
Created by digital artist Kay, the Roman-Greco-meets-Bauhaus inspired visualiser is sure to mesmerise all that press play, and perfectly complements the track, celebrating Mindchatter’s unique and deeply considered nature. “The video consists of looping animations meant to capture the message of the lyrics in an abstract way. One scene takes you through an endless room with figures dancing by themselves on walls and ceilings to convey a feeling of being trapped in a nightclub. There’s also a lot of Roman statue imagery which is an extension of a visual motif I use in my release artwork and my stage graphics.”
Fortunately the recent Covid19 uncertainty isn’t affecting Mindchatter, and 2020 is set to be a bumper year with the singer / songwriter / producer still set to drop his debut album in a few months’ time. “I’m used to spending a lot of time alone and inside, so my day to day hasn’t changed as much as most people, and I haven’t noticed much of an impact on my music yet. My creativity and rate at which I finish songs is always in flux because I’m constantly experimenting,” insights Mindchatter.
Scared To Go Home is out now through Mind Of A Genius Records, the Los Angeles based label that launched the careers of Zhu, Gallant, THEY., Karnaval Blues, and Klangstof – all globally acclaimed, genre-redefining artists.
